Our 2022 Pet Nat is both fun and refined.
Comprised entirely of unoaked Chardonnay from two notable sites in the Willamette Valley, this sparkler shows off notes of green apple, lemon peel, and anise.
We started the RU OK (are you okay?) project in 2020 as a way to check in on our friends and loved ones during the pandemic and we’ve stuck with it ever since.
What’s Pet Nat you ask? Short for Pétillant Naturel, this style of sparkling is more rustic than Champagne and is meant to be consumed young and fresh. Click here to learn more about this style.
Due to being aged prior to filtration, sediment is natural - enjoy!
